Why Zybuild Was Founded

India has hundreds of tile adhesive manufacturers but almost no laboratories dedicated exclusively to testing them. We are changing that.

Our Mission

Bringing Rigour to a Market That Needs It

India\'s tile adhesive industry is growing rapidly, but quality testing has not kept pace. Most manufacturers rely on generic civil labs that do not have the specialised equipment, trained staff, or standard-specific protocols for accurate tile adhesive testing.

Zybuild Quality Hub was established to fill this gap — offering manufacturers and construction companies a dedicated laboratory with calibrated Universal Testing Machines (UTM), Compression Testing Machines (CTM), and protocols built specifically around IS 15477:2019, EN 12004:2017, and ISO 13007.

We are based in Hyderabad and serve clients across India for laboratory testing and across Hyderabad for on-site pull-off testing.

Founder

Asitkumar Roy

Asitkumar Roy founded Zybuild Quality Hub with a clear goal: to create a testing laboratory that manufacturers and construction companies can actually trust. With a background in construction materials and quality management, he recognised that the tile adhesive segment in India lacked a credible, dedicated testing partner.

Zybuild was built from the ground up with the right equipment, the right protocols, and an NABL accreditation roadmap — not as a side business in a generic civil lab, but as a purpose-built specialist facility.
