What clients usually ask first

Sample requirements, turnaround, cost, accreditation — the common questions answered.

What samples are required for tile adhesive testing?+
For IS 15477 testing, we typically need 5–7 kg of dry adhesive powder in original sealed packaging, along with the batch number, manufacturing date, and product datasheet. Sample requirements differ slightly for EN 12004 and ISO 13007. We can share a sample-submission checklist on request.
How long does testing take and when do I get the report?+
Standard tile adhesive reports are issued within 5–7 business days from sample receipt. Tests requiring conditioning (heat aging, freeze-thaw cycles, water immersion) take 10–14 business days. Urgent turnaround is available on request.
How much does a complete test cost?+
Cost depends on the standard, number of parameters, and whether on-site pull-off testing is included. A full IS 15477 panel for a Type 1 adhesive starts from a defined scope. Share your sample details and we will send a transparent line-item quote within one business day.
Are you NABL accredited?+
NABL accreditation is currently in process. Our laboratory follows IS / EN / ISO test methods using calibrated equipment, and our reports cite the applicable standard and clause. We are transparent about the accreditation status — please review our disclaimer page for full details.
Which standards do you test against?+
IS 15477:2019 (India), EN 12004:2017 (Europe), and ISO 13007 (international) for tile adhesives. IS 2250 / IS 4031 for mortar and cement testing. We can run a single sample against multiple standards in parallel.
Do you accept samples from outside Hyderabad?+
Yes. We accept courier samples from anywhere in India for laboratory testing. On-site pull-off testing is available in Hyderabad and the surrounding region.
